Research is in the name for a reason.

Automations Research was started by Jinwoo Choi, who spends an unreasonable amount of time studying what AI can actually do for a small business — so you don't have to. The "research" half of our name is the work you never see: testing tools, building prototypes, and figuring out what's reliable enough to trust with a real business.

We work with freelancers, local businesses, and nonprofits — the people who do everything themselves and feel it. “I always want businesses to save time, cut costs, and increase their revenue first — then my profit comes next. It's always been that way ever since I started this company.”

Our rule for every project: if it doesn't clearly save you time or win you customers, we won't build it.
